However, there is a exception in a certain situation that Silstar has some customers who have special orders of star seal bags. They require over hundred bags in one roll with core. So in this situation, the automatic rewinding device which is used to improve roller changing frequency and the double lines which improving output are not necessary configurations anymore.
In this case, we optimized the rewinding device and enhanced speed to 200 pcs per minute to meet our customers’ needs, and make the machine has a good value with a lower price.
